Booking & Availability

Q: How do I book a photography session with Opus Lumiere?
You can book directly through our website. Simply select your preferred service, choose an available date and time from the calendar, and complete the booking form.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. However, you’re welcome to check the calendar for last-minute availability.

Q: Is my session confirmed right after I book?
Your session is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment and you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payments & Deposits

Q: Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A fixed deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due by the session date.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
Our refund policy depends on how far in advance you cancel. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, but the refund or reschedule terms depend on the notice period.

15+ days in advance: full refund
7–14 days: 50% refund or one-time free reschedule
3–6 days: Reschedule with 50% rebooking fee
Less than 3 days: No refund or reschedule

Q: How do I request a cancellation or reschedule?
All requests must be submitted in writing to contact@opuslumiere.com and must be sent from the email address used during booking.

Session Details

Q: What types of sessions do you offer?
We offer three types:

Studio Sessions
Outdoor Sessions
At Home Sessions

Q: How long does each session last?
You can book between 1 to 4 hours depending on your needs. The cost varies accordingly.

Q: What should I do to prepare for an "At Home" session?
Please ensure the space is clean, safe, and well-lit. Remove any clutter and allow room for movement and equipment if needed.

After the Session

Q: When will I receive my photos?
You will receive your edited photos digitally within 4 weeks of your session.

Q: How will the photos be delivered?
We will send you a link via email to download your digital images.

Q: Can I use the photos however I want?
Photos are for personal use only. You may share them with friends, family, or on personal social media. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

Q: Who owns the photos?
Opus Lumiere retains full copyright to all photographs taken.

Q: Will my photos be shared publicly?
We may use selected images for promotional purposes (e.g. portfolio, website, or social media). You may request in writing that specific images not be used publicly, and such requests will be respected where reasonable.
